The INEOS Styrolution Bayport Plant located at 12222 Port Road in Pasadena Texas. We will be starting up our sites process units. We will be using the sites safety flare during this process, and you could hear some loud noises as steam is being released. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. The community does not need to take any action. We would provide appropriate information through this CAER line and local emergency channels if this were an actual emergency. This is a Courtesy message at (18:30 Friday, 12/19/2025) from the LyondellBasell Houston Refinery at 12000 Lawndale in Houston. We are conducting a routine drill of our incident notification system from (18:30) to (18:45) (Friday, 12/19/2025). During this time, various announcements will be made as a test of the system. All test announcements will be preceded with “this is a test.” There is no need for community members to be concerned or take any action. If there was an actual incident, we would provide appropriate information on CAER Online. Again, this is only a drill.
