We have an all clear on the level 3 submitted by Next Wave Energy Partners. All of the material that was dripped on the asphalt road by a third-party transportation company has been cleaned up by a contracted environmental cleanup team and all roads have been reopened.

This is a message from Next Wave Energy Partners located at 601 N. South Street, Pasadena Texas 77503. A minimal amount of material was spilled onto the asphalt roadway by a third-party transportation vehicle. The majority of N. South Street has been cleaned up and the North bound lane has been reopened. We are still performing some minor cleanup on the South bound lane but are anticipating a full re-opening of N. South Street and an all-clear issuance shortly.

At 1830 on 11/25/25 a chemical spill incident occurred At this time, sirens, activity, and emergency vehicles may be noticeable to the community. We are performing air monitoring, coordinating with local officials, and working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. The chemical has spilled off site on to north south street and Third-party environmental company has arrived and are working to resolve the situation There is only a residual drip of the product along the roadways. North south has been shut down between our site to 225 while on going cleanup is performed
