A training exercise at Sunday, 12-21-2025, 21:00 at the LyondellBasell La Porte Complex, 1515 Miller Cut Off Rd. may result in visible smoke, activity, or audible alarms. The community does not need to take any action. We would provide appropriate information through this CAER line and local emergency channels if this were an actual emergency. This is a Courtesy message at (18:30 Friday, 12/19/2025) from the LyondellBasell Houston Refinery at 12000 Lawndale in Houston. We are conducting a routine drill of our incident notification system from (18:30) to (18:45) (Friday, 12/19/2025). During this time, various announcements will be made as a test of the system. All test announcements will be preceded with “this is a test.” There is no need for community members to be concerned or take any action. If there was an actual incident, we would provide appropriate information on CAER Online. Again, this is only a drill. This is Greg Phillips of the Evonik - Bayport facility. We are located at 12000 Bay Area Boulevard, Pasadena, Texas, in the Bayport Industrial complex. At 9:36:09 AM on December 18 2025 our facility will be conducting a drill as a part of the on-site emergency response training we conduct one or more times annually. There will be no impact to our community or our surrounding industrial neighbors, though those passing by may see personnel activity over and above that which we typically have. If you would like any additional information you may contact our Control Room at 281 474 8750. We here at Evonik, Bayport apologize for any inconvenience that has, or may, occur to our citizens, our neighbors, and the surrounding communities. ONLY A DRILL
