This is a Test. THIS IS ONLY A DRILL. A routine drill of our emergency notification system will occur at Friday, 12/12/25 @ 1710 at the LyondellBasell La Porte Complex, 1515 Miller Cut Off Rd. During this time, various emergency announcements will be made to test the system. All test announcements will be preceded with “This is a Test.” Questions can be directed to asklaporte@lyb.com .

This is a message from Air Liquide Bay Port located at 11400 Bay Area Blvd Pasadena,TX 77571. At 10:00 on 12/12/2025, we will be conducting a drill today from 10:00 to 11:00 am. You may notice large numbers of people standing along the property line at the facility gates along Bay Area Blvd. Audible alarms will be sounded during this drill.

This is a message from Oxy Vinyls - La Porte VCM located at 2400 Miller Cut-off Rd. La Porte,TX 77571. At 06:43 on 12/9/2025, a(n) Fire incident occurred at our facility. At this time, Emergency Vehicles may be noticeable to the community. We are coordinating with local officials, and working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. All CLEAR on local gas release event.
This is the Covestro Industrial Park located at FM 565 near Highway 146 in Baytown. At approximately 12:54 PM, an ammonia release was reported at our site. Our emergency response plan was activated and functioning as designed. The release was mitigated and was contained to the site, posing no threat to the community. The cause of the incident will be investigated later by a well-trained team of Covestro professionals to prevent a future recurrence. We are pleased that there was no impact to the community and our ER plan worked as planned, ensuring the health and safety of all persons on site. The cause of the incident will be investigated later by a well-trained team of Covestro professionals to prevent a future recurrence.
