This is a courtesy message from Chevron Phillips Chemical Company located at 9500 Interstate 10 East in Baytown, Texas. Our facility will be conducting an Emergency Response Drill today. Noise and/or lights, emergency response equipment/personnel movement, and spraying water may be noticeable during this time. There is no expected impact to the community. An ALL CLEAR message will be posted upon completion of the drill.

This is a Courtesy message at (18:30 Friday, 12/19/2025) from the LyondellBasell Houston Refinery at 12000 Lawndale in Houston. We are conducting a routine drill of our incident notification system from (18:30) to (18:45) (Friday, 12/19/2025). During this time, various announcements will be made as a test of the system. All test announcements will be preceded with “this is a test.” There is no need for community members to be concerned or take any action. If there was an actual incident, we would provide appropriate information on CAER Online. Again, this is only a drill. This is Greg Phillips of the Evonik - Bayport facility. We are located at 12000 Bay Area Boulevard, Pasadena, Texas, in the Bayport Industrial complex. At 9:36:09 AM on December 18 2025 our facility will be conducting a drill as a part of the on-site emergency response training we conduct one or more times annually. There will be no impact to our community or our surrounding industrial neighbors, though those passing by may see personnel activity over and above that which we typically have.
