THIS IS ONLY A DRILL. A routine drill of our emergency notification system will occur on Wednesday 9/17/2025 10:21:57 AM at the LyondellBasell Channelview Complex 8280 Sheldon Road. During this time, various emergency announcements will be made to test the system. All test announcements will be preceded with “This is a Test.” Questions can be directed to askchannelview@lyb.com.

Baystar will be conducting a scheduled drill at our facility today. Noise, sirens and activity may be noticeable to the community. This is only a scheduled drill of our emergency team and is no need for concern. We are experiencing a routine operational restart at our Complex which is resulting in safety flaring and noise.
