Our internal crews are responding to a small operational upset at the LyondellBasell Complex 2502 Sheldon Road that prompted a release of process material to AIR. The applicable regulating agencies have been OR will be informed as appropriate. We are working quickly and safely to conclude the event, minimizing inconvenience, and protecting the safety of the community, the environment, and our employees. This is a message from Indorama Pasadena Site located at 9801 Bay Area Blvd. Pasadena,TX 77507. Update will be provided on this site, when needed.
Indorama Ventures was notified of a pipeline leak originating off-site near 9801 Bay Area Blvd on June 2, 2026. While ownership of the pipeline was initially being determined, the company implemented precautionary containment measures. The pipeline has since been confirmed as owned by Indorama Ventures.
The wastewater involved is non-hazardous and does not pose a risk to human health. Flow through the pipeline has been shut off, and repair activities are currently underway.

The INEOS Styrolution Bayport Plant located at 12222 Port Road in Pasadena Texas. We will be starting up our sites process units. We will be using the sites safety flare during this process, and you could hear some loud noises as steam is being released. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. This is the Environmental Duty Representative at Shell Deer Park. Due to planned work activities, neighbors will notice elevated flaring at the facility. This will result in a small to medium sized orange flame, visible from our facility, that is expected to continue over the next few weeks. We are taking steps to minimize any noise, light, or smoke associated with this flaring activity.....The flares play a key role in keeping our plant safe. Once flared, the hydrocarbon has been safely treated, and potential emissions have been reduced by at least 98%. There is no threat to the community or our industry neighbors. We will continue to keep the community informed through CAER Online and our social media channels.

*** DRILL *** This is a message from Foremark - La Porte located at 12511 Strang Rd. La Porte,TX 77571. At 12:15 on 6/1/2026, a test incident occurred at our facility. At this time, Sirens may be noticeable to the community. We are coordinating with local officials, and working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
