This is a message from Lubrizol DP located at 41 Tidal Rd Deer Park,TX 77536. At 09:45 on 1/9/2026, a(n) Odor incident occurred at our facility. At this time, Activity, Emergency Vehicles may be noticeable to the community. We are coordinating with local officials, and working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Stay tuned to local officials for more information. Update will be provided on this site, when needed.

Out of an abundance of caution, Lubrizol Deer Park facility has issued a internal shelter-in-place due to a release from a processing unit. Fence-line monitoring is in place, and the Lubrizol Emergency Response Team is actively working to resolve the situation. At this time, there is no impact to the community. Additional updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

During this routine task, you may notice above normal activity of the site safety flare. There are no concerns to the local communities during this operation.
