At this time, Flaring may be noticeable to the community. We are coordinating with local officials, and working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We are taking steps to minimize any noise, light, or smoke associated with this activity. At this time, we are not aware of an impact to the community or our industrial neighbors.

THIS IS ONLY A DRILL. A routine drill of our emergency notification system will occur on Wednesday 11/19/2025 10:20:22 AM at the LyondellBasell Channelview Complex 8280 Sheldon Road. During this time, various emergency announcements will be made to test the system. All test announcements will be preceded with “This is a Test.” Questions can be directed to askchannelview@lyb.com.

At 08:10 on 11/19/2025, loud noise and high decibels due to maintenance purging and hydro blasting at UTEC unit; hearing protection recommended at and near our facility. At this time, Noise may be noticeable to the community. We are coordinating with local officials, and working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
