This is the Emergency Response Representative at PEMEX Deer Park. We will be conducting live fire training from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. on April 17, 2025. Fire and/or smoke may be seen from our facility as we conduct this training, but there is no cause for concern.

EXTENDED MAINTENANCE EVENT – FLARING NOTICE A maintenance event the week of 4/16/2025 may result in flaring at the LyondellBasell Channelview Complex 8280 Sheldon Road. The community may notice a bright flame, smoke, or a rumbling noise during this time. Flaring is a safety and environmental control device used to manage and combust process materials. You do not need to take any action. Our focus is to minimize inconvenience and protect the safety of the community, the environment, and our employees. This is the ExxonMobil Baytown Olefins Plant located at 3525 Decker Drive in Baytown. Today is 4/16/2025 at 7:42:39 PM. We have experienced an operational issue at our plant which is resulting in safety flaring. Personnel are working to return operations to normal as soon as possible. There is no cause for community alarm, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our neighbors.

An operational event where pressure was safely released occurred at 15:30 at the LyondellBasell La Porte Complex, 1515 Miller Cut Off Rd. The community may notice loud noise. You do not need to take any action. We are working quickly and safely to conclude the event, minimizing inconvenience and protecting the safety of the community, the environment, and our employees.
Se produjo un evento operativo en el que se liberó de forma segura la presión de vapor a las 15:30 en el complejo de LyondellBasell La Porte Complex ubicado en 1515 Miller Cut Off Rd. Es posible que la comunidad note ruido fuerte, , vapor o polvo. No es necesario que tome ninguna medida. Estamos trabajando de manera rápida y segura para concluir el evento, minimizando los inconvenientes y protegiendo la seguridad de la comunidad, del medio ambiente y de nuestros empleados.
