This is the INEOS Styrolution Bayport Plant located at 12222 Port Road in Pasadena Texas is conducting some normal routine maintenance on one of our site heaters. During this routine maintenance, you may notice a nontoxic rust scale material which is reddish in color coming out of the heaters stack.
